installing two rear silencers.
The
spec was a nice deep throaty idle, not too loud when driving
in town but a bit of a roar when flooring it. I would say we
got it spot on. It was definatley mid sports note though!
There
was no problem with resonation at cruising speed though and
was such a vast improovemnt of the standard exhaust. The only
critisism the owner had of the standard car was that for a 3.0
V6 it was silent, he just wanted it to sound like a 3.0 V6!
And now it does. A good days work, backed by a lifetime guaruntee
for £550 all inclusive of materials, labour, on car build
and VAT.
